Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an item is customized it can not be changed or cancelled do to the custom nature of the item.

How do I use promo code?

Can I return a sale item?

Due to custom nature of our items we do not except returns unless we make a mistake on the custom item.

How do I return an item?

Due to the custom nature of the items we create, we do not give refunds unless we make a mistake on your item.

Can I track my parcel online?

Yes, Tracking is provided on all shipped items. We ship either USPS or UPS.

How long does delivery take?

That depends on which delivery service that is chosen for your order. All items are custom made and usually take 1-2 day to customize before shipping. If you have questions always email us to see our current TAT.
